Grandma Linda came to visit!

We were so lucky to have Grandma linda come to town for a weekend in January. She is such a wonderful grandma, loves the kids and knows how to have a lot of fun with them.  While she was here she did a few activites with the kids such as making cake balls(shown below), launching alka seltzer rockets, eating southern food, going to Micaels to get more craft supplies, watching Dolphin Tale 2, and other crafts.

 

Clare was sick and Dave was exhausted from work so we didn't do anything too ambitious but had a good time being together.

Dahlquist visitors

In Janurary Scott and Trish Rafferty, Shauna and Al and Heidi Jorgensen and Joyce Dahlquist went on a cruise out of Galveston. They flew in Saturday around noon and spent the afternoon/evening with us. We had Torchy's Tacos and watched football and then had potato soup for dinner. So fun to see them all.
