Reno Vacation

Last week for spring break we drove to Reno to see Dave's family. We had a great trip. Here's a quick run down.

Sat - drive to reno. 10:30am depart after Lexey's soccer. 2 stops for lunch and dinner. For dinner dave ate a milkshake and I ate a éclair. We weren't hungry since all we did was sit in the car so we had a treat instead.  Arrive 8:45pm! BED TIME!!!

Sunday - 9am church - some lounging, geocaching and Lexey's birthday with family for dinner

Monday -clare barfs at 6am. Slow day. 

Tues - went to see Dan and Linda's lot and the model homes. stopped at scheels sporting goods store. dave and Clare geocache

Wed - easter egg hunt and games

Th - out to a breakfast buffet. up to Tahoe. cousins come play

Fri - temple, cemetery, jump man jump, dinner with Jeremy and Rebecca

Sat - 10:30am depart- arrive home at 10:45pm. We stopped to see the Whitney portal which added some extra time.

Much needed break from:
1. my alarm clock and Calvin being on the buss at 7:30am
2. the kitchen. Dave's mom cooked great meals for us.
3. The calendar/busy life/school and dr. appts
4. Tressel. Glad to leave him at home. I did miss him when I went out on my walks. It was so weird to walk alone however, it was nice not to be obligated to take him out for a walk and to have him eating off the kitchen counter and to be licking everyone who came in the house.
5. piano practice - huge point of stress and contention for Clare and I - so nice to have a week without it.
