Tahoe

Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places I have been to.

When we reached the top of the mountain we stopped to play in the fresh snow. We didn't have snow clothes so we only stopped for about 5 minutes. Clare was wearing a t-shirt with Dave's sweatshirt over it! Not nearly warm enough!

 Lex didn't even put her jacket on so she came out of the car for a quick picture and then got back in! :)

Calvin got out of the car for literally one minute to throw a snowball and play with dave. Then he got way too cold and went back to the car!

Jo thought the snow was interesting. She was cold too and preferred to sit in the car and look out the window!

When we got into Tahoe we drove down towards the lake and found a great park area to stop and see the views and the water. It was pretty cold and windy!

 Check out that waterfront cabin in the background! Probably 10 million dollar home!

 I really wanted a family picture from overlooking Tahoe. Calvin wasn't really in the mood but I made a deal with him that he could take a few pictures and then be in a few pictures. He agreed. He took a couple of the girls.

 (clare was being a pouty girl. I think it was cuz she was freezing)

On our morning to Tahoe we first went to a Casino in town for a buffet breakfast. The kids had a good time picking out their food and then thought it was super amazing that there was a dessert bar with ice cream as part of breakfast! They were in heaven!
